Why Video Interviews?

To give you and THE SKILL BUREAU a competitive advantage in the job market by speeding up the initial applicant/client matching process using cutting-edge technology without compromising our historic commitment to personalized service.

What are the practical advantages?

It means that we can present a unique personalized video profile to multiple organizations without your having to schedule from 2 to 3 hours for each initial interview. It also means that there will be a very strong client interest prior to a personal interview.

How does it work?

In addition to our standard interviewing process, we videotape a 7 to 10 minute conversation highlighting your qualifications, motivation, goals, communication skills, etc. After we have presented your resume for a particular opportunity and our client has expressed an interest, our client will have an opportunity to view your video conversation.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. Our video interviews do not terminate the personal interview process - what they do accomplish is to give you a decided advantage over other candidates by allowing you to get "face time" with employers before other candidates.
2. We will not identify you to the client until we have discussed the opportunity with you.
3. If, after video recording an interview, you wish not to use it, you reserve the right not to participate in the program.
