  1. Place Job Order
    Provide us with a job description and a preferred profile of your ideal candidate for the position.
  2. Candidate Search
    We select candidates we feel are the top 15% in terms of experience, motivation, personality, adaptability, collaborative traits, and communication skills.
  3. Resumes Presented
    Traditional resumes of candidates who match a preferred profile are provided for review.
  4. Video Interview
    We provide short, unrehearsed, video interviews of selected candidates via the internet. Hiring decision makers can share video interviews 24/7.
  5. Client Feedback
    We receive feedback from hiring decision-makers. If positive, we schedule an in-person interview.
  6. In-Person Interview
    The hiring organization conducts in-person interviews and provides us with additional feedback and/or hiring decision.
  7. Candidate Hired (or rejected).
