If our temporary employees fail to meet your standards and you notify us within 3 days, you will not be charged. Unconditionally.

For direct hires, if our placement leaves your employ or is terminated within 45 days - for any reason, the fee will be refunded 100%. Unconditionally.

• From 45 - 60 days, if our placement leaves your employ for any reason, 75% of the fee will be refunded. Unconditionally.
• From 60 - 90 days, if there is a mismatch, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Unconditionally.
