Vacation Pay -- 1400 hours of straight time (approximately 35 weeks) worked in any consecutive 12-month period makes you eligible for 35 hours of paid vacation at your average hourly rate.

Holiday Bonus -- If you worked 750 hours within the 6 months prior to the holiday and worked the days before and after the holiday, you'll receive a $50 bonus in lieu of pay for hours not worked.

Referral Bonuses -- Interestingly enough, our best source of top-notch candidates as well as new clients are personal referrals. As a thank you for thinking so highly of us, we have a Thank You Plan to reward you with a series of Referral Bonuses:

• $30 for 30 hours of successful temp work by your referral.
• $100 for referring a candidate who is directly hired through our Direct Hire Division.
• $200 for referring a client with whom we bill $1000 within a 3-month period.
